How To Applique Epp Stars
When pressed flat there will be a gap in your star. Are they meant to be paper-pieced.

How to applique epp stars. Place your star on the applique fabric shiny side down and press it using a heated iron. Finger press the seam open. Finger press the star open and coax the loose fabric at the center into a swirl or pinwheel.
